I'm Perrin, a self-taught artist working mainly with acrylics but also inks, natural pigment watercolour, pen, and graphic art. The beauty and complexity of the natural world inspire me. Having lived on the Canadian west coast and in the prairies, I am strongly influenced by skyscapes, mountains, west coast beaches, prairie flowers, and overgrown gardens. I work from my home studio where I paint and digitize, plus upload, package, and ship my art and printed art designed products to where they need to go!
I use a playful abstract realism style and colour palette in my paintings to experiment with movement, colour, light, and transitions. In my digital art, I scan my paintings and then go wild with bold and bright contrasting colours, smooth or exaggerated forms, or remove layers of data to re-form the painting into a new line art creation. My digital art can be purchased as a print or a digital file for the collector to print as desired.

Recently, I collected my digital line art into a colouring book titled "CREATIVE COLORING, Florals and Flower Gardens: For Relaxation & Enjoyment." I published the colouring book with Kindle Direct Publishing, and it's available for purchase via Amazon at https://a.co/d/8onDhXz.<br />
I want to provide art collectors with many options for bringing art into their lives. So my ETSY shop is where I offer gift wrap and greeting cards and neck buffs printed with my artwork. I print some of the items in my Etsy shop locally, like my custom art designed gift wrap and my hand-sewn tube scarves, which means I ship these items directly to you from my home studio. Other items, including the majority of the tube scarves, are "Print on Demand" (POD) items. This means they are created when they are ordered and shipped directly to you from the print shop. I choose the highest quality print shops for all of my POD creations!
